Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway. She played the role for seven seasons of AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show has earned her six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actor and critical praise. Since her time in the industry that spans more than two decades she has also been recognized for her role in the legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. The actress is well known for her roles on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Additionally, she's recorded her voice on animations such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! The career she began with was modeling, and she continued to do it for years until her debut as an actor on TV in Undressed the 1999 television show. The first major role she played was in the drama comedy series Beggars and Choosers following which she also received appreciation for her role in the hit show Firefly. In 2010, she was named as the most sexy woman on the planet and also the most attractive woman within America by Esquire magazine.
